Woken at 7.15. a.m by these guys erecting scaffolding abd shouting to each other. Drilling bolts in and banging scaffolding poles about. Albion Terrace where many people are paying to stay in flats for relaxing holidays. They have even blocked the parking bays with planks, these bays are for people staying in flats and are issued permits. These guys need reporting... a really bad company .
