Just stayed here over the weekend as a couple, the whole place is being updated and has materials and tools etc piled up in corners. Our room number 2 was small but did manage to have clothes hanging room, kettle with complimentary coffee etc also a fridge and a microwave. The complementary breakfast was very good and you could have as much or as little as you wanted as it was made to order. Once fully completed it will be a lovely place in s very good spot just 5 minutes walk from the town.

Not fit for 1 star. I wouldn't let a homeless person stay here. Dog full of mainge down back scrumping food whilst trying to eat breakfast. Not very good hosts. Stayed there 3 week ago with partner & still waiting for item of clothing to be sent back still waiting, rather go but new ones as I wont be sure if they'll be full of fleas! Would not reccomend.

Altho the b & b is being refurbished I still enjoyed my stay here. I was a solo traveler on this occasion. The room had a large double bed, en suite, there was a microwave and fridge in the room. Kettle complete with tea and coffee and fresh milk given on getting there. The breakfast was second to none, you can have as much (or as little) as required. All cooked fresh to order by either the owner, his mother or a member of staff. I actually counted over 10 different cereals too. The breakfast certainly puts you in good stead for the day ahead. It is in a very good location to the local amenities ie harbour, Spa, theatre town centre. I was speaking to the owner who offered me advice on where to go for something to eat for tea theres a lovely restaurant and also various pubs that do meals. Ive booked to go back with my sister in Oct. It would have been sooner if it hadnt been for illness.
