        Rubbish, not fit for purpose. My daughter is looking for a job after university , she got notification for an interview next week, the job centre guy, didn't even bother saying good luck . Talk about raining on her parade . They don't help getting jobs she does it all herself

        Excellent place to come for a Job. Very clean and Tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

        I've been with this service for a while. Years back it was a stressful and mixed experience (during the recession) but the staff have improved by a lot since then. Once they acknowledged my health issues they were kind about it and very helpful since some of the staff knew what I was going through. I'm leaving the area so I'd just like to give my thanks for their help. The disability advisor especially is a very wonderful person. I'm grateful for the support she has given me. I only hope the staff after I move to a new area are just as good. Remember they have a large workload and to be patient. I know JCP and benefits are stressful but the staff can only do their best.
