Hannah Rose Funeral Service

Michelle, Ian and Laura showed care and kindness from our first meeting. Listening to what my sister's wishes were and surpassing expectations. From helping us to collect the flowers to encouraging her husband to take Belinda's beloved dogs to say goodbye too. The funeral went smoothly and was a wonderful send-off. We can't recommend them highly enough.

I honestly can't thank Michelle and Laura enough. So kind, so helpful and so understanding. They helped make mums send off so personal. They gave us all the information me we needed and helped us as a family through this terrible time. The personal touches and understanding really goes a long way in these times. Thank you so much for being there when we needed help

I had a right nightmare trying to organise the funeral for my Nana. I ended up having to call around to every funeral parlour in the area just to find my Nan's funeral plan, Michelle was more than helpful when I called her. She went above and beyond that what she had to do and completely blew me away with her customer service. She didn't have to help me as much as she did, she didn't have to answer my questions, offer to be there for me should I have needed it or even just listen. But she did, she was ever so polite and just generally kind. I've recommended Hannah Rose to friends since and a very close friend of mine chose to use their service, he wanted me to add to the review how kind the gentleman was that dealt with him (Sorry I'm terrible with remembering names). I'll be using Hannah Rose in the future, genuinely the only place I will support now after the experience I've had with other so called "reputable" funeral parlours-- to add, Michelle came along to pass on her regards the day of the funeral. That was unexpected and meant more to me than I can explain in a review, the company my family wanted to stick with after the ordeal sent me a letter requesting a review covered in tea stains.. If you want quality service from someone who actually cares about the service they give, the help they can offer and what they can do in general for the community then give Hannah Rose a call x
