Would just like to say a big thank you to Wesley At Ford Bridlington. Sorted us out with a new Ford Kuga as our car had an issue part exchange was great got the right price for in and the transfer was brilliant he dealt with everything from logbook to taxing the car thanks for everything From Mr Andrew Lee From Bridlington On that note I was very Disappointed in the Service Department took my car in on the 20 April as i had an issue with the back brakes when in reverse they would squeak loudly they had the car there for 4 hour and rang me at 12.15 to say the car was ready they said there was no issue with the brakes needs to ware pads in as they was new i got the car in Feb. this year pads done on the 20 Feb. before picking it up nothing has been done to the brakes to find out what the issue was and the guy told me that they had sprayed the calliper and disc i took my car to another place for a second opinion they told me that I could be the disc and the pads i would like someone from management to contact me about this issue as they are still making a loud sound when in reverse got told from you reception area to wait 2 week see what happens unacceptable i will be ringing thru this week to get the car back in From Mr A.S.Lee Bridlington (new Customer)
