Went to Bridlington, saw the beach train and had fish and chips at the SeaView. Well I had scampi and chips, my wife had sausage and chips and my daughter and her partner had fish and chips. All the food was tasty but you didnt get much chips.

Wanted to dine in ordered food at counter after 35minutes went to see where food was to say the order hadnt even been put through yet. So went to the takeaway part as we were running out of time with our car and waited another ten minutes before it was ready. We were also told that they had run out of garden peas and only had mushy which we wont eat anyway after they had handed us our food. Very poor service.

Asked for 2 large chips which came to 7, after waiting 15/20 mins i was given the same container and amount as the person in front of me who didnt specify what size they wanted. i questioned this as the portions were tiny and if they would be wrapped the woman looked at me very confused and said thats just how we do it here and it costs more to be wrapped. I did complain to her and she did not attempt to resolve the issue in the shop, when i got home (with the extremely small large portions) half of the chips were undercooked. i have been here a few times and never had an issue, everyone is normally very inviting but today was a completely different experience and i wont be returning

The Haddock was beautiful and they serve large portion sizes (including a large pot of tea for 2 people.) Dogs are welcome and all dogs are offered an bowl of water on arrival. We will definitely visit again during our holiday.
