Manor House Surgery

Unbelievable. Tried phoning at 8am for an emergency appointment and they just cut you off . Disgusting. When phoning back the message says book appointment on the NHS app . Their isn't any appointments to book . You go into the practice they tell you to go to the hospital just to fob you off . ONE BIG JOKE THIS PRACTICE

Rang at 8am for an appt. Automatically cut off as 10 waiting. Rang again and again with the same message. Rang 111 who said I needed assistance in 24 hours and so they left a referral for someone to ring me. Never received the phone call. Rang surgery again the next morning with my calls being automatically cut off. Rang 111 again and told to go to the drop in medical centre. Examin3d at the centre but needed a referral from my gp so a referral put thro again and told to contact gp. Explained that they dont answer the phone. I therefore rang 111 for advice and they again referred me for a phone call. By 3 pm still hadnt heard from anyone so went to the surgery where there was one receptionist with a massive queue of patients who hadnt been able to get thro on the phone. Whilst in the queue I actually received the call from the gp. This surgery is in chaos.

Cant get an appointment. Suffer with breathing problems anyway. Told to ring back following day. Rang at 8am. No appointments as a doctor is sick. Ring back tomorrow. If I live that long. Absolutely disgusting service.

Went yesterday and the service I got was wonderful. The young girl on reception was excellent a pleasure to speak to many thanks liz
