Pacy's 4 Quality

Totally unprofessional service, wouldn't give this owner the time of day , shouts at staff for making mistakes then sells customers off milk !! Remember Mr pacy the customer is always right.

Just used Pacy's for about the 20th time now, to use the Evri print label in store machine. The machine is simple to use, as it leads you step by step to print the label. The staff then scan your parcel in and give you a receipt. Such an excellent service as before I had to struggle to get to the post office during 'normal' working hours.

I am a lady o,a.p. with no technical experience of new machines, I took an Evri parcel into to this shop to return it. The bloke who was serving ,who I assume was the main man was absolutely hateful. Told me he had a contract with Evri saying he did not have to help anyone, Told me if you can t work the label machine , tough. Because I answered back he told me he would not book my goods in with Evri and he told me to go to another shop. I told him exactly what I thought of him and left the shop. How does this man stay in business. Obviously his parents didn t teach him any manners, Rude ,Obnoxious, Nasty and hateful.

WIFE RANG IN OWNER VERY SMALL MAN SYNDROME ANSWERED RUDE,OBNOXIOUS,SAYS QUALITY ON SHOP FRONT SHOULD BE PACYS HORRENDOUS LTD.
