We are really happy with work ( extension ) completed by Tom and his team. Their professionalism is undisputable. Most jobs on the snagging list have been completed. The only fly in the ointment is the company he used to fit the work surfaces. Despite 18 months of constant reassurances to get them to come out to sort out levelling issue, they have yet to appear. Last email to Tom has not been answered.

Having just finished our new kitchen and building work all done by Springvale homes .On our first meeting with Tom there was nothing that Tom didnt have the answer too and everything we wanted was doable which we was very happy about . All the men who work for Springvale are very professional and reliable and pleasure to have in our home , all mess tidied up at the end of each day .Nothing has been to much trouble even when I decided to change my mind on few things , the standard of all there work is exceptional there a real credit to the company. Now all the work is complete the end result exceeds what we was expecting,We are over the moon with how everything has turned out , So thank you to Tom and all his work force for making our home complete and I would never have any doubt in recommending Springvale homes to anyone. Tom and his amazing team carried out a full bathroom and kitchen renovation on our house just before Christmas. The service and standard of work was absolutely exceptional. The team were respectful of our property, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. Nothing was ever too much and they tackled every challenge (of which we had many!) head on. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you to the Springvale Team for my beautiful bathroom and kitchen.

From start to finish Tom has been exceptional . I bought an old cottage which needed to be converted back from 2 flats into a cottage. At the start of the project the cottage looked like the house that Jack built inside and out. Tom and his team took great care in modernising it to a high standard whilst reinstating its beautiful Chalkstone frontage. Nothing was too much trouble with design ideas for the kitchen and bathroom. The end result is a beautiful high spec cottage that was finished within the time frame and on budget. I cant recommend Springvale homes more highly .
