Visited today 30/03/2023. Myself, the wife and the 2.5 year old. Was debating whether we should try Heinzy on a boat as we walked passed the kiosk when one of the 2 gents there "shouted" (ask politely in a raised voice) if we we sailing today. Didn't take much to twist our arm haha. Gents told us we could pay by card on the boat instead of seeking out a cash machine and off we went. (we did feel a bit guilty as we think one of the men was having his lunch). We then felt guilty again as we were the only sailors but it didn't stop the guys being professional and doing their job. Heinzy was free (age I'm guessing - Nice surprise as we just thought we would pay for him). So a total of 6 for the ride. As we were paying the younger lad asked if we wanted to buy a flag, didn't have a clue how much it was so left it to the kid to decide, if he took it we bought it..... He took it! This did bumpntbe price up to a whole 7..... Great 10 minutes out on the water. Left the pushchair in the kiosk at the end of the harbour, both guys fantastic. Great first boat ride for Heinzy. Highly recommended. P.s if you're expecting them to be dressed as pirates and the typical pirate music.... It doesn't happen. Didn't bother us at all, there's a large pirate statue at the kiosk foe photos. The boat looks like a pirate ship and for 3 you can't complain. Worth every penny. Thanks to the two running it today.
