So glad you are closing down the customer service has been disgusting since Covid started Staff really didn't care about customers at all. Rubbish opening hours not allowed to speak to someone at the counter only allowed to use machines. I can't wait to remove my money as you are not open today I will try visiting your branch tomorrow and no doubt I will be charged for moving over a certain amount in one day. But I'm not that stupid Barclays. Staff you have helped Barclays Bridlington close this branch with your rude attitude to Customers and your lazy ways wonder if you have other jobs to go to????? Karen was lovely & always helpful but didn't work on the counter.

lee was absolutely fantastic today, full of humour and very patient with us sorting our problem out[2 hours] after visiting beverly branch first we had decided to leave barclays with our business account[held over 20 years] but lee saved the day

I went into this branch today just before lunch only myself and my partner and one lady in the bank i approached the counter to withdraw quite a large amount Of cash. I'm not youngest of people and not very good with modern technology to be told rather rudely to go to the cash machine because that's what they are for and shouted the next customer other while I was trying to explain I'm not good with modern technology.only to be told again to use the cash machine unfortunately this will be my first and last visit to this branch.
