        I visited my dad yesterday, although I was overwhelmed by him being in a care home. The staff clearly knew my dad's needs. Dad looked amazing, My first impression is a good one. The staff member in a dark blue uniform took us to his room and it was spotless. That carer clearly is a very approachable person. Thank you.... ALL OF YOU.

        My brother. and I visited my Auntie at the weekend who we hadnt seen for over a year. Extremely happy with how the visit went, all COVID-19 procedures were adhered to. The staff were warm and welcoming. Id like to say a big thank you to Natasha (hope I have got her correct name) who took the time to make the visit as enjoyable as possible. The home was spotless and are making sure my Auntie who is 96 is content living there. Many thanks keep up the great work.
