        i went in early to view a car, gave my details and the car i had to trade. They said they would contact me with an offer and did not. So i phoned and it sounded like they just could not be bothered. Disappointed and i think John would not be happy with that level of customer service. my Grand daughter and son are looking for a car... but wont be going to Somerset car sales that's for sure. Wanted to keep my trade local, but i will look elsewhere

        We did a part exchange transaction and found that there was outstanding finance on the vehicle from a previous owner. This came as a complete surprise to all of us, however Somerset Car Sales actually resolved this issue for us, and honoured their offer. Really impressed with this company and they have proved to be trustworthy and straight in their Business dealings. Highly recommended and I will buy from them again.
