Frequently choose their own time to leave rather than stick to the official distributed schedule. This may mean leaving you behind at 04:55 when departure should be 05:00 as was this morning or holding you back from leaving on time because of boarding target numbers. All this, by the way, is only possible if/when the bus turns up. At least the fabricated stories they use as excuses are entertaining even if just to pass the time trying to understand their boldness in stating such absurdities... "...the drivers gone missing..." Dafug!!

An absolute scam since first group took over completely. A lot of people don't realise that the company gets around 5k for everyone they put through their licence and surprise surprise, first have an in-house training team! They're openly getting rid of drivers that pass the one year employment date and finally achieve the full pay rate on ridiculous grounds. They should be investigated for fraudulent use of government funding. Also data protection issues such as sharing all of the staff personal email accounts and not reporting it to the authorities. Stay clear of this company!

Wish I could leave 0. Heres a tip for you SPS, buses should be waiting for workers at the end of our shifts. You know what time we finish its the same time everyday. How on earth youve won awards is beyond every single person who has to suffer your services on a daily basis. Sort it out!
