    Horrible staff, I asked for a taxi and the lady on the other end said "like for now or what", proceed to say where I wanted to go and what time would be good and she says "it's 20 minutes or nothing, if you miss train, that's your fault" in the most rude tone I think I have ever heard over the phone. So glad I didn't even get the opportunity to give them my money

    It turned up early and there was no talk about "too many poles" or a junction being "jam packed".
