Body Mechanics

After suffering with lower back pain for a number of years, getting in contact with Body Mechanics is the best thing i've done. Laurence and Jack have been brilliant and the pain has gone. Couldn't reccomend highly enough.

Suffered from a bad lower back for many years, seen lots of different chiropractors, physios and doctors but none really seemed to make a difference. I tried body mechanics and they have sorted me right out. They were very up front and honest, said it wasn't going to be a quick fix but didnt try to get me to sign up to a payment plan or pay upfront for x amount of treatments to get money out of me. Each treatment i felt progress and they even gave me stretches and homework to do to help speed up the process. Lovley people to talk to and its always a pleasure to visit. Theu also have a gym on site for rehabilitation or for general use which can be a benefit to those who are into working out.

Legends. Have helped me from barely being able to lift my arm after an injury to full movement. Have also helped by fast tracking a medical diagnosis of a knee injury that the NHS accepted as enough proof to get me an MRI without having to go through the NHS physio, along with pain management of what has turned out to be a complex tear of my minicus that, after the MRI, needs surgery to remove to be pain free. By the surgeon/consultant's own admission, the resulting lack of pain will instead lead to an increased risk of arthritis in my knee within 5years, which I don't need at my age. By keeping the pain in-check and strengthening the muscles around my knee through rehabilitation to further stabilise, I won't need the operation for the foreseeable future.

Ive been using Body Mechanics for a few years. After suffering a partial slip disc causing a damaged nerve. Laurence and Jack have always been swift and amazing at keeping me working. Would never go anywhere else. All extremely knowledgeable and professional.
