        I am a customer service assistant at a petrol station where one driver who has discriminated me. One of your employees who has taken my information the wrong way of politely asking if his side van door could be shut as he was filling a barrel which needs to be visible in order to make sure it is a fuel approved container. Spoken to with disrespect and not happy in the way your employee speaks to customer service assistants but he scowled and said he will not be using a garage which i don't own again.

        For over a decade Monmouth have supplied our data recovery labs with numerous Items including Laminar Flow Cabinet and clean room tables.         Not Buy their ultrasonic made in Germany.. We got a unit Bandelin Sonorex in Monmouth scientific , we paid 1450 after 3 years ( no too much use ) one of the transducer fell out from the unit ( they stick with special glue ) we ask for parts or repair, nobody in UK can repair it and the place where bought say must send to Germany, we ask for parts if can be sold separately . they just answer replace the bath 962 + 45 delivery to Germany..absolutely awful ... just one transducer feel off and they want replace the bath ? .. next time buy a item have support and repair centre in UK ..bad experience never again. we must try someone fix here and with reasonable price Bandelin Customer service awful.... 1000 is a robbery
