        Great place to visit and great carvery too and we had to wait half an hour while the queue was a very long but the carvery was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends to either revisit or or just go in for a drink or 4. Have also been by myself today and had yet another carvery. Well worth a visit and would recommend that you should book but you can turn up and book & pay for your carvery over the bar. Carvery was very filling. I went for a lovely carvery again today (30/4/2023) and arrived before 1pm and had to wait to be served for a superb Sunday Carvery and luckily I was squeezed in as I was eating alone and the Carvery was delicious and after I'd finished I don't think I'll be having lunch tomorrow as it was enough to last me two days. Thank-you to the landlady and her staff for making space for me and will return again soon.
