Really professional service. I was so impressed with Garry's ability to settle my 14 day old baby to achieve beautiful pictures despite her frequent waking!. Completely relaxed, unpressured atmosphere. Very happy customer and love my newborn pictures.

We had newborn shoot with Garry, Timeless were great in giving us info leading up to the photoshoot. Once we were in the studio Garry made us feel at ease and was brilliant with our newborn. The reviewing of photos was easy to do & Garry allowed us to choose what suited us best. Would definitely recommend. Thank you the photos are brilliant :)

We had a newborn photoshoot at Timeless Images for our daughter, Eliza, in November 2022. Firstly, Rose was incredibly helpful in securing a booking for us at short notice. We had left it late and were close to her no longer being a newborn but Rose managed to secure a booking for us the following week, something I was so grateful for. I was very nervous as the day before our photoshoot, Eliza started cluster feeding and was perpetually attached to me and/or crying. I was a new mum, nervous of how people would react to a crying baby and frankly, a little embarrassed, feeling the need to apologise every time my baby made a noise. Im sure most mums and parents will sympathise with this. However, Garry conducted our photoshoot and made us feel endlessly comfortable. The space within which he conducted the shoot was warm with low lighting to help our little one. He gave me a comfortable, private space to feed Eliza when necessary - which, as you can imagine, was a LOT. He understood she was just doing what babies do best and gave us all the time we needed, waving away my endless apologies. After around 1.5 hours into our shoot (around an hour of which had been taken up with feeding Eliza), we had only managed to get around 10 shots of her. My partner suggested that we leave, we were beginning to worry we were wasting Garrys time. However, he said he liked a challenge and asked us if we would be comfortable with him attempting to soothe Eliza - I was willing to try next to anything. He was kind, soft and so comforting to me and Eliza - he swaddled her in soft stretchy fabric which he had warmed with a hot water bottle (a, now that I think about it, fairly obvious idea which we stole and still do at home now). After some soothing shhhing, coupled with a white noise machine, Garry had soothed Eliza to sleep and we were able to spend the next hour or so getting some gorgeous shots. He didnt try to put her in positions she clearly wouldnt have been comfortable or cooperative in, he was so gentle and calm. Garry also suggested we include one of our own blankets in the images - this wasnt something wed even considered in the moment but Im so glad he suggested it given the blankets sentimental value. We came back the following week and had a viewing of our images with Garry in their viewing studio - we couldnt decide between the pictures and ended up buying the whole lot! That said, there are a number of options available to purchase, we went with a digital suite which gave us the print rights so we can replicate them over and over again. Its worth noting that if you buy your images digitally - you get them in colour, B&W and sepia! We had received our digital images via email before the end of that week. They are so gorgeous and so precious to me. Im so grateful to the whole Timeless Images team for not only giving us such a wonderfully accommodating experience but for giving us the photographs which we will cherish forever. Eliza is 9 weeks old now, shes changing so much everyday and the images Garry took are a wonderfully consistent reminder of the chaos and joy of the first weeks of her life.
