If I could leave a -1 I would. Who they call the supervisor speaks to her staff horribly! I overheard her and another with red hair slagging off another member of staff whilst waiting for my prescription today. Wish I could warn the other member of staff what her colleagues really think of her. Very unprofessional. Very loud. Will be collecting my prescriptions elsewhere in the future and will be recommending friends/family do the same. Thought it had improved as previously greeted with smiles and politeness from the young blonde lady but after today Im disgusted! I will be reporting my experience to Lloyds complaints and also the company who they are changing hands too.

Very good and friendly service and excellent customer service to their clients and the staff are very helpful to everybody who they meet up with so thank you for the support you have provided to me over the years as the lady's were supportive as I am doing well now thanks

Didnt answer phone (4 tries this morning). So, benefit of doubt .. a busy time. I finally got thru later and asked if I could get a prescrip delivered as I am unable to collect it myself. Answer NO. It seems I would have to send a taxi but I was not advised that the pharmacy would be closed with a note on the door to say closed 1pm to 3pm until further notice. So far getting my free prescription is getting costly....and I havent got it yet.
