C&S Fitness Ltd

So, my first 6 weeks with Charlie & Simon and the team have been amazing! I havent ever experienced anything quite like C&S with the amazing community they have and although I am a newbie, I feel like I have really found something super special that I am very excited to be part of. I have never been so inspired by other members and I want to learn and soak it all up. Some wins for me so far.... My body is changing shape - I can even see the start of some abs coming on - whaaaat! Im getting stronger. My fitness levels are improving. My technique is getting better. Ive lost inches and fat (especially back and tummy fat) and Im gaining muscle. Even in my forties, I am surprised at what I am capable of and I am so excited to see what the next 6 weeks will bring. Thank you everyone !

Unfortunately I paid a substantial amount of money for a block of personal training but wasnt able to use it all through no fault of my own, have messaged several times to try and get rebooked back in or to get a partial refund. Anything aslong as its a reply would be nice! I had such a good experience when my trainer was able to make the sessions but unfortunately now all it feels like is they have had my money and I have heard no more :( be caughtious when booking in blocks!
