        Not having been a "bookies" in my life until one of my elderly relatives became ill - me not having a clue what to do went straight to the counter asking what have I got to do -Well the friendly staff went out of their way to help me - can't rate the young man high enough - made me feel at ease & served me & chatted to me like I was a regular customer- that young man certainly knows what customer service is all about
