It has been a tricky 6 months for selling houses since the mini budget ( we put our house on the market just before). Emily has been great and very helpful with our purchase, very friendly, replies to any queries very quickly and goes out of her way to find information. Recently sold our house with Gibbins Richards. We can safely say we were not overly impressed with them. The level of communication was lapse! When people were making appointments to view the house they did not check every time that we were OK with the time/day before making the appointment. We felt that when contacting them we were a burden to them, an inconvenience! We found that they didn't communicate as a team, we were getting mixed messages from different people. Also when viewing other houses they were advertising, we found them to have very little knowledge about the properties, which is worrying when they are selling yours. We were happy with the photographs and videos taken of our property. Nicola was also a help towards the end of the sale. However we found the estate agent we were buying from to be the one we were in contact with more. And they were a lot more helpful with the process.
