"My son has been a resident of the home for about six months. During this time, his day to day care has been provided by the managers and staff. Recently, I spent a week at the home in a room next to my son. The time spent in the home gave me an insight about the standard offered to not only my son but to all residents".
"I believe the staff have the skills and motivation to provide a high level of care to residents. They have continued to keep me regularly informed about my son's care and needs and I have been very happy with the frequency of communication. They have also facilitated my son's contact with me through WhatsApp video calls.
The atmosphere within the home is friendly and relaxed and the staff show an interest and empathy to residents. I am looking forward to my next visit.
