Called in with a problem with my phone, was greeted by Simon who was very helpful and efficient and sorted my phone very quickly. Also gave me good advice should the problem re-occur.

I went in to Bridgwater vodaphone stores today to set up a account , I met with a colleague called Simon , I am deaf and visually impaired, he was brilliant and very understanding and helping with my needs, I am a disabled person with special needs, he did everything for me, even went out his way to a phone call, I can't praise him enough.

Would give more stars if I could! Today I received outstanding customer service from Leigh at the Bridgwater Vodafone branch. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I bombarded her with questions about different phones, specs and deals, which she gave very honest and informative answers. Leigh kindly sat me down and offered me a coffee whilst we went through different deals to find which would work out best for me. Never pushy and always honest and attentive she found me a great sim only deal! I spent over an hour with Leigh, found a deal I was very happy with only to realise I still had a year left on my sim contract! despite me wasting her time she was still very polite and I will 100% be back as soon as it runs out! A real credit to the team and definitely deserves a bonus or pay rise! The gentleman also working today (sorry didn't catch a name) was also very helpful and polite. Both legends, thank you both so much for your time and patience! See you again soon!
