        Ive bought my watch in This store , after time I pop in to ask to set my watch, manager said they charge 10 for that . What a joke if I can I do - star for manager of this store very rude and his attitude to customers is just poor

        Regular shopper in this store. Friendly staff however very rude manager. Had an issue with some jewellery, I had insurance on the item so didn't expect an issue. I'm sure he shouldn't have a job in customer services. I can't face going back to the store again, so after a chat with customer services and an apology given, I will travel to taunton to get my jewellery fixed.
