        Went in to upgrade to a Samsung S23, was told they had none in stock but could get me one in and put my name on it. Went back in a week later to pick up phone to find they still had not got me one in and that the deal offered the week before was no longer and that that the monlty price had now gone up by nearly 10 a month

        Overwhelmed by how good the staff were in store. I came for a new contract after leaving EE due to bad service. I couldnt thank the staff enough at 02, they talked me through all of my options and went through what would suit me best. They managed to get me the iPhone 14 in the colour I wanted for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
