I pre ordered a copy of the new Pokemon game for collection today, and it hadn't yet been delivered to the store. The staff in there went above and beyond to contact the Game head offices and delivery company to get my game brought to the store for me to pick up later on in the day, where if they hadn't I'd have had to wait another day or two to do so. Beyond satisfied. Can't sing their praises enough. :)
