Really poor service, told I would get a phone call regarding selling of my shop, 4 days went by and nothing. Just been in there shop in Bridgwater and told them how rubbish they are.

As a first time landlord letting out what was previously my home I was nervous about the whole process, I had no need to be! A really refreshing experience. I was looked after by Hannah who made me feel like I was her most important client and she was available to answer any questions whenever they arose. Her knowledge base and helpful tips, from my initial enquiry right up to handing over of keys and signing contracts, are second to none and I felt she was by my side at all times to make things easy for me. Nothing was too much trouble, all communication was open, honest and direct. Hannahs upbeat attitude gelled well with my own personal ethos of no problems, only solutions and she was able to help me find a suitable property I can afford and secure a tenancy and I couldnt be happier. I cannot recommend Hannah highly enough, her knowledge and customer service skills should be the target that other letting agents aim for, she is a real asset to Cooper and Tanner in my opinion, an ambassador for her trade.
