        I put forward an online enquiry for help with a problem with my gaming laptop. Within a few hours, Ismail from IT nation contacted me to discuss the issue. He gave me some suggestion to try over the phone and offered to pick up my laptop the same day (I can't drive)! Eventually he helped me locate the issue and get it sorted. We had to return the laptop for a refund or replacement. Through out the proces Ismail kept me informed and updated. All in all its been a very good experience and I would highly recommend this company.
