        Arrived at 8.55 for a 9am MOT booking to be told it should be done by lunchtime but turns out they do not do their own MOTs and had booked a slot for the afternoon , bearing in mind that they are a long way from anywhere what was I supposed to do for what could well have been many hours with no guarantee as to when it would be done . If I had been told this I would have not made the booking . Messed my whole day up so have now arranged to have it done next week by another company with a firm time slot . Most certainly will not use them or recommend them.. Thank you for your response , how dare you criticise my attitude , at no point did I swear or use abusive language , I questioned your customer care which in this situation was sadly lacking . At no time was I told my booking was an extra , I was not told that you would need the vehicle for most of the day or that you do not do your own MOTs . Suggest that yes you do need to communicate better , some folk will be happy with your arrangements and some like me will not .None of this should be a problem if you communicate better .
