this will always be a 1, numerous repairs asked to be carried usually because homes in Sedgemoor contractor has messed up up the job ! sent to do . we have had the boiler refitted twice because the contractor "tapped into existing system when they put in combi boiler so water travel almost around the house before getting to taps! , door replaced twice as first ones dint fit and had huge gaps down the side apparently this is normal ??. clad house in thermal wrapping , did think about the fact our bedroom is basically in the roof , so thermal wrapping doent go up that far Roof tiles replaced , damaged caused by this repair was horrendous left with water pouring into our bedroom for a week , because to dangerous for work men to get on the roof ( no covering in place while they went away) . bedroom and bathroom affected. workmen literally slapped on plaster and paint to make good to their standard , they did not check to see if any damage to beams or structure , work man tried to colour match paint , if he has asked i already had left over paint . they used a non bathroom paint in the bathroom this has now ran down the walls in streaks . Heating survey done , independently , for council , man that completed survey said the roof space is a fire hazard because no barrier between our roof and next doors . nothing has been done about this ( if this was in London all hell would break out about fire safety!) oh and don't asked for a leak or repair to be fixed during the day if you work odd hours they can't guarantee a time to come out unless you stay home all day , sorry but just because i live in social housing doesn't mean i don't work even though i am home for 4 hours in the middle of the day

Refusal to investigate fraud on my rent account. Eviction option used instead of contacting the police. Property is full of mold, damp and roof leaks.

Heating and hot water boiler broken down 5 days now, latest estimate to repair is another 5 days, 10 days in total in freezing conditions.

Homes in sedgemoor are an arms length management company who manage the housing stock for Sedgemoor. I used to be an involved tenant so am aware of some of their history. They do a reasonable job within the restraints of not owning the stock. They seem to struggle to keep on top of the systems. Especially repairs, Remedial and everyday, they ask you when it you had a roof Replaces as they dont know! Thats a surprise as they paid for It. Staff are Mostly friendly, genuine and kind although some of the more Senior staff of yesterday were different. Room for improvement.
