        All the hairdressers are lovely and friendly, and always come out of there feeling fabulous.

        Disgusting, the staff member I saw today was absolutely rude, I was very excited as I had heard amazing things, I went in for a challenging colour, the women point blank (in front of her other customers) was very rude (she might as well of spat on me). She didn't even offer an alternative solution, I had to ask if there was any other way of doing my hair, she disgustingly looked at me and said she would have to do a test, then cut me off and then stopped talking to me, such a huge disappointment as I'm sure the rest of the staff are lovely, I believe she might of been the owner, if so, I for one am disgusted and will not recommend to anyone ! (There was no option for zero star and that's what I would of given just for the customer service, absolutely vile!)
