I wanted a particular style when I went in, which Neil said he'd do if it was what I really wanted, but that it might not be the same as my hair is very different to the other person's. He offered to take some of the length off and shape it, and if I didn't like it, he'd be happy to do the style I liked. It was obvious that he understands hair extremely well, and could tell what my hair could and couldn't do. When he was finished I was not only impressed by his instincts and knowledge, but I was both delighted and absolutely amazed at how much volume he got (my hair is baby fine and there's not a lot of it), how, with the long length shortened, my hair is bouncy, and also how well the style suits me! He even said that if I didn't like it once I'd had it a while, he'd do the original one I wanted - no way ! He's like a hair whisperer! I live in Brighton and come to Bridgwater to see my Mum, so I'll definitely be returning to Neil to get my hair done in future. He's the only hairdresser I've had who has created a style that not only totally suits my hair, but that suits me as a person. And it's easy to recreate at home! Thanks Neil!
