        Neglected to change the oil on service oil change light came on after 800 miles and wouldn't accept that they hadn't changed it. This is not oil changed 3 weeks ago.

        Excellent customer service despite me being "Mrs Grumpy"! Parts Plus is a bit erratic with delivery timings, but that didn't detract from the professional service and courtesy from all at Bridgwater Ford. Thanks to Leila, Liam, Manager Max, and the team behind the scenes.
