Chapell, or Cokerhurst farm, is a welcoming place in Bridgwater. Diana and Derrick love to welcome you in their 15th century farm, with thick walls, ceiling beams and cosy living rooms with plenty of details, farmwise. The hosts are wonderful people and like to show you around the house and support you with plenty of info about anything you would like to know. There is even a fishing pond with record carp and some occasional fishing by locals isn't a strange thing there. Paid, but still.. :-) (haven't seen them during my two night stay) Diana makes a great breakfast, which is served in the breakfastroom which even has a fireplace. One keeps on looking in the rest of the house, but, be approved by the dog! Who doesn't hurt a fly, to be true.. :-) The bedroom was great, a nice shower en suite and the view was at a part of their land, which farmer Derrick plowed without disturbing anyone, from 5 in the morning. It's still a working farm, but one doesn't notice that much. My motorbike was safe in their garage, there's also a BMW/HD dealer down the road, which helped me quickly with a worn rear tire. Plenty of petrol in town as well. All in all, a fantastic place to stay and will come again!
