Creative Snapbacks

I am very disappointed with this company who has taken my money and not provided the product nor the promised refund. Disgraceful and unprofessional. I ordered a custom made snapback and awaited recommended 3 week period until the order was fabricated. Unfortunately, my design was too complex for embroidery that I ordered so had to altered which led to additional delay with the fabrication (which I accept!). As I ordered it as a Christmas present, the Christmas period passed and I wanted to redirect the order to an address abroad. Emails from the company were not getting through to me which led to my frustration. I kept sending website requests and even contacted the company via provided phone number and advised not to contact them via the phone number and provide an 'email address that is working'. Well, it turns out that it was no fault of MY email address but the company's IT glimps that prevented the emails from being sent over to me. Following a lot of back and forth between email and phone contacts and getting nowhere with my order, I requested a refund. Apparently, that snapback was already fabricated, so the refund would be issued and 'as a measure of good gesture' the snapback would be sent out to me. I recieved this email on 18th of February and follow up with email and phone contact to no avail. To this date, I have not recieved the snapback nor the refund.

I needed a redesign for a hat and Creative Snapbacks were really helpful - very communicative. Great service! Very happy with the hat I received :)
