        I've been waiting 3yrs for a tooth extraction because u have copd they won't do it tooth has now broken again and us causing pain to side of tongue where it so rough now

        Would be 0 stars if I could. Constantly wondering why I bother to work and pay taxes in this country when you cannot get an appointment if you are in agony and only if you don't work. Useless.

        Dental Advice Line were really good, the problem stemmed from urgent care ringing back to the mobile. Three times they rang my mobile which was in my hand and each time it went straight to voicemail, I couldn't even answer the call. The calls were showing as No Caller ID, I haven't put any blocking mechanism in place and ringer was on. So maybe worth giving them a landline number to contact as there was no number left to get back in contact with them. Managed to get a dentist to see my son by having to pay a 60.00 fee. Wished it could of been easier to get him seen as he has been in so much pain for over a week and a half.
