A massive thank you to the staff at this place.. 111 sent me here on a Sunday (mothers day) for major tooth issue. Alistaire is an absolute star.. put my mind at ease, convinced me to have the tooth out which I wanted out anyway, but giving issues.. but he stuck with it and it finally came out after a decent fight. Lovely crack when it did go, but I can't thank them enough. Fully recommend these guys. Sorry you had to work Mothers day, but so so grateful. Steve from Shaftsbury way. (Henstridge)

Experienced abcess intense throbbing pain through a mercury filled tooth precedure that I had over 3 decades ago only to find now I have nerve damage via a still numb face a week post extraction precedure. Could it possibly that too much anesthesia was administered? Having had dental precedures before I have known the numbness due to the anesthesia to have worn off in a couple of hours max hence the concern I have permanent nerve damage:( Update 2nd March(treatment 19/02/23)2023 : Still feels numb, sore and inflammed on left side as well as general discomfort( the feeling as if you're permanently recovering from a dental appointment with anesthesia). Enough to put myself off all dentists for life:(

What a shame they are only emergency as the dentist and her nurse were both fantastic.

I was so nervous this morning, I had an emergency appointment which I was seen to very quickly, the ladies were so nice and friendly and professional, talked me through it all and made me feel comfortable. Best dentist I've been to!

I was on holiday at butlins when I began with tooth pain in a tooth that had broken off down to gum level 7 years ago and had caused no pain and couldnt get it touched at home by any dentist due to not having one. After 3 days of unrelenting pain worse than childbirth and zero food sleep or fluid 111 directed me get it was an hour away but would have crawled in hands and knees if I had to .receptionist was fab and welcoming despite me being in agony and not being able to interact ,the dentist was fantastic from start to finish so kind and caring and despite being far from home I felt safe and relaxed despite having mental health issues that cause me anxiety when around strangers etc She really was super knowledgable particularly as I have lupus which can complicate things greatly I just cannot thank the dentist enough for salvaging a bit of my very long time saving for holiday and making me feel so welcome and safe.
