        Ordered 2 X 12(24)cases glass bottles of Genie soft drinks and only received 1 box X 12 bottle today, unreliable courier to say the least - what's happened to the missing box of 12 drinks that I specifically paid for? - Update : not entire this specific courier's fault as apparently it was the other end of logistic warehouse operatives's mistake yet the more consumer's discrepancies happen it does tend put you off from making online purchases for dear life, not great for any business :(

        Took way to long to process first time... then parcel was rerouted back to me by the DHL hub. Second unnecessary visit was a lot quicker and easier... but again... unnecessary.

        Really poor service. I had a parcel that was tracked and meant to be delivered on Friday but was delayed. It had then been rescheduled to today in which I've not received anything. The tracking had a progress bar to show how far away my parcel is but stopped working after this morning. I would honest rate this as the worst delivery company. Please do not use this service.
