    I have spent the morning trying to get through to someone about my boiler not working. I was on call waiting for over an hour for the line to just cut out!!! Called back and another 30 minutes wasted! Thought ok Ill wait until the office opens, Im guessing they are not open today as lines not open when they should be so sat again waiting for someone from out of hours to answer. So far this call has been 45 minutes!! Absolute joke!!

    The non recycling team for my road in Bridgwater are amazing. Polite, and always a smile - they are a great team and I hope their foreman/woman realises how good they are

    Trying to notify change needed to direct debit for Lifeline service. Can't call them direct, no response to Lifeline Contact Us forms submitted and calling the general council number resulted in a message being taken because no one was available from the Lifeline depart to answer my query. Advised the person who took the message that I intended to cancel the existing direct debit. Lifeline web page says they will respond with 2 working days but still no contact in over two weeks. Have given up and just cancelled the DD. Now waiting for them to chase payment.
