Through my recent experience it appears that this time has now passed.
A couple of months ago I had to draw the attention of the store manager to the disgusting state of the windows which were covered in bird droppings.
An apology was given I was thanked for drawing their attention to it it and was assured that it wouldn't be happening again.
I returned to the store again today to find exactly the same.
If this is how they care for the areas that the public can see you can only imagine what it's like behind the scenes.
