Idoneus are a great company and would recommend them to anyone that has problems with their laptop or computer, as they had mine for quite a few days and will not give up till they have fixed it, and the prices are very good indeed. Steve himself is a very nice man and has a lovely sense of humour and is extremely helpful afterwards.

I thought I had a virus problem with my desktop allied to my use of Malwarebytes software. I spoke with Steve at Idoneus and within 10 minutes the problem was fixed. Excellent customer service and quick response.

This reviews about a month or two late but they left such a good impression I decided to come back and write a review. Fixed my laptop up good and proper at a very reasonable price and both the guys were absolutely thorough, lovely and good at explaining things even in layman's terms. Well worth it. Despairing of help from HP to fix a dead laptop that was just out of warranty, I contacted Idoneus. The machine was collected, repaired, and returned in just a few days in perfect working order. Reasonable prices and top-notch service. Recommended.
