We employed The Natural Cleaning Company to clean our house, the appointment was confirmed as last job on a Friday afternoon for 2 hours. Due to earlier jobs the girls could make it but they were quite delayed. the job was carried out really in rush and they only after 1 and half hour with, of course, clear effects on the service as the ground floor was not mopped or dusted properly. The dining chairs didn't get moved to hoover underneath the dining table and other many furniture were not dusted or moved to clean the floor. The bathroom tap ware was not washed and having black taps the stains and dirt was very visible. We end up re-cleaning the house the day after as the service was definitely not good enough. We texted our disappointment to the owner ( Rich ), also, highlighting that the ain reason why we needed help was because with my wife in and out of the hospital and with a 3 month old baby was just too difficult to keep up with the cleaning of pour home. The text we got back was just ' we are sorry, when can you pay the invoice ' - not exactly the answer you would expect. I could call the owner just few days after as I was away from work and despite my plan was to call and reiterate the disappointment and give him the chance to rectify the poor service, the call did not go as planned. I could not really talk as Rich was extremely aggressive and rude over the phone talking over me all the time and not giving me the opportunity to talk. I guess this man never heard of 'customer service' because clearly blinded in his little word and very bad manners. He stated that the 54 fee was over due by 10 days ( of course the fact that my wife was in and out of the hospital and I was away from work and the fact that the service was really poor did not count that much for him ) and we were economically damaging his company......54!!!! wowwww!!! the payment has now beenmade in its fullness, hopefully he can now pay for a good class of customer service. by the way never heard about the phrase ' the customer is always right ' ? clearly he has not!!!
