        Sold our car to them last night, but wasn't given the invoice or any other paperwork. The guy said we'd get an email, which we didnt, and then he said it happens a lot and might take a day. Emails don't take longer than a couple of seconds, but he, again said it was normal. I then asked to have it printed, but aparently this wasn't possible either as its his own computer..?? We were clearly uncomfortable leaving without a trace of the transaction and our very expensive car behind, but he just didn't care or offered any solution. And when asked to double check the email address didnt even bothered... incredibly poor service! We still have no email, and are feeling uneasy and stressed about it all.
