Popped to Stacey's Motors to have a look at the Hyundai range for the Motability Scheme. Straight away we were welcomed and paired with the Motability sales specialist Tim. I had so many questions because I was unsure whether to do it or not and Tim did a brilliant job. We tried a couple of cars, the name of the game was 'could my gf get in and out, and sit comfortably in the seats' and whilst the Bayon wasn't a fit, the Tucson was. Luckily for us there was one on order anyway. So the next try before you buy was a Kia Sportage and again it was a fit but a longer waiting time. Over all we decided we liked Tim and felt we already had a good rapport with him. So back to Hyundai it was and the Tucson registered to us (only a couple of weeks wait). Tim was brilliant throughout the process and I know I can call him should a problem arise. I picked the new car up today, a 2023 Tucson SE Connect in Sunset Red. As far as Motability Scheme goes Stacey's Motors was brilliant but I can't comment on the other sales aspects as we didn't do any of that.

Excellent garage with extremely helpful staff, we actually ended up buying a used car from them. The guy, Tim bent over backwards to help my elderly mother through the purchase process including extensive road testing of the new car. Totally recommend based on the care and attention of the staff.

Pick up the car. They phoned to discuss possible needs and looked after the car.
