        For some years now, i have been a customer, both privately and as a professional bike mechanic. i have always been impressed with there telephone sales service lin. I have never had to return or deal with customer services before. Unfortunately, I recieved a bottle of latex only half full , with the seal missing. Naomi dealt with this very quickly and in a friendly way. It was not clear as to how this had happened but my questions were answered. Hats off to SJS
