        Waited 2 hours for delivery, had to call them 3 times. When it finally arrived everything was cold and soggy. No apology. No offer of refund or discount. Terrible service. Tried ringing them after food was delivered to complain about quality and no answer. Messaged them and still no response.

        Had a pleasant evening meal ! Very helpful and friendly food was excellent even gave us a complimentary drink at the end. Thanks to Jay for the customer service nothing was a problem. Totally recommend this restaurant best Indian in town

        Ordered food through Uber. Delivery eta 18.45-19.05, arrived 19.20. Food was in a mess in the bottom of the bag and swimming in grease. Had to microwave everything as everything was cold. My sauce for my Biriani was non existent and all I had was 5 pieces of boiled potato. Tried calling Elachi but my call was disconnected 5 times at least. Husbands shami kebab was a plateful of onions and 2 patties no sign of any omelette. Total waste of 42. Never again
