T S R Performance

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. After giving TSR Performance my Mk2 Golf 16v engine and gearbox to rebuild into a Snetterton 2.0 16v package, paying them additionally to prepare the components and refresh them so they all look clean and new, less then 8 months later the engine bay components have all rusted out, they have not been pre treated correctly. Neither is the engine running properly, startup issues, idling issues, over heating issues, they had the car back to them but yet no outcome on the startup issue neither the really rough idling issue, the over heating issue they put a resistor on the clocks suggesting it was my clocks, further I have replaced them to a digifiz and again shows temps of 98-99. Further requesting they resolve the matters they are suggesting I PAY FOR THE STRIPPING OF THE ENGINE BAY SO THEY CAN PREPARE THE COMPONENTS AND BLAMING ME THATS ITS DUE TO MY STORAGE CONDITIONS? WHY WOULD I LEAVE A SHOW CAR OPEN IN THE RAIN OR EVEN OUTSIDE? I HAVE ANOTHER CLASSIC CAR WITH POLISHED ENGINE BAY COMPONENTS AND ALSO PAINTED COMPONENTS AND THAT HAS HAD NO ISSUES. I HAVE NOW STARTED OUR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS WITH TSR PERFORMANCE AND THE CAR IS BEING BOOKED WITH ANOTHER REPUTABLE FIRM THAT CAN ACTUALLY STAND BY THERE WORK AND REPUTATION! WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME!

Recently purchased a Mitsubishi Colt, needed a small family car and thought what an ideal car, car looked mint condition, drives lovely, I thought I would wait till I have driven it before giving an instant review but they are pretty good and reliable, I think all their cars come with 3 month warranty and after having it just over 3 weeks and already doing over 1k miles, I found the exhaust pipe had rusted apart from the exhaust and got it back to them and they ordered the part for next day and fixed it within 48hrs without any problems and tried to reduce the noise whilst I wait a couple days and can keep driving it for work, lovely team and more than happy to help! Would give it a 5 star but I feel the exhaust rusting away from the pipe would have been noticeable doing a brand new service and MOT but can't always be perfect, hopefully this car lasts a while! Would recommend
