Terrible experience, got a call after a week waiting from halfords Bridgwater, tell me my daughter bike has ready to pick up, getting to the store with my 3 year old daughter, she's very happy to have a new bike. Thew start the bad dream, bike not ready, back tyre, like a zigzag, the steering bolt lose, and won't tidy up, after the men on the shop do the check up, and said has fine now, my daughter try ride the bike and fell to floor, and the steering wheel twist. At the end other men offer to try to help, but nothing he Culd do, and try to sell me other bike on display, I said no, and I ask for a full refund. All this more than 1hour. Now I have a sad 3year old daughter no bike.

What a fabulous team! I walked in with an exchange (my mistake not Halfords) and the staff could not be more friendly and polite, a genuine pleasure. I think the lady that served me was Chantelle and Im sorry super helpful polite chap, by the time I wrote this I had forgotten your name, bearded chap, super helpful. All in all the team should be justifiably pleased with themselves with their approach to customer care and Halfords pleased with the way the staff represent the company, simply A+++++

Very unprofessional older blonde lady would not give my trade recipe do NOT use this store ... would of rather headbutted a wall then deal with the headache that the untrained staff member gave me .. Thanks sons crying

Very satisfied with Halfords person. Chris was his name . Very quick and helpful, I feel sure he his the same with all customers .Well done him.....
